Hello!

I’m Thao a children’s illustrator who’s been in love with picture books for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I could spend hours getting lost in magical stories, and tiny illustrated worlds.

My style is playful and warm, with cozy textures, a bit of classic charm, and characters that feel full of life. I’ve spent the last seven years working on custom watercolor portraits and digital pieces, now I’m channeling that passion into children’s books.

I get a lot of my inspiration from my two sons, the everyday chaos and sweetness of family life, and those tiny moments in between.

Outside of drawing, I’m usually running, sipping coffee, or soaking up time with the people I love.
